Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of alchemylife.digital and all life transformation courses, digital materials, and physical items provided by AlchemyLife. Effective Date: January 1, 2025.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing alchemylife.digital or enrolling in any AlchemyLife offering, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our services, digital products, or goods.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Services

AlchemyLife provides personal coaching sessions, group workshops, and live online events designed to guide you through a process of self-discovery and sustainable change.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable workbooks, video series, audio guides, and e-books created to support your life transformation journey.

2.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods include branded manuals, journals, and other items available for purchase and shipped to your address.

3. Enrollment and Purchase

All fees are listed in your shopping cart prior to checkout. Payment methods accepted include major credit cards and bank transfers. Fees are charged in the currency displayed on the site at the time of purchase.

4. Scheduling and Changes

Coaching sessions and workshops are scheduled upon confirmation. To reschedule a personal session, contact us at least 48 hours before the original date. Workshop dates may be transferred to another available session if requested at least seven days in advance, subject to seat availability.

5. Refund Policy

AlchemyLife offers refund options based on the type of offering. Please review the details below:

Services (Coaching & Live Events):
- Personal coaching sessions canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled once without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a coaching session are not eligible for a refund due to preparatory work and staff scheduling.
- Group workshops and live events are non-refundable due to limited seating and resource allocation. However, you may transfer your spot to another participant or to an available future session if you notify us at least seven days before the event.
Digital Products:
- If you are not satisfied with a digital product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final.
- To request a refund, contact our support team via the contact form with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction.
Physical Goods:
- Physical items may be sent to our fulfillment center within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping fees.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn and unmarked. To initiate a refund, use the contact form and include photographic proof of item condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlchemyLife will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to us in the six months preceding any claim.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on alchemylife.digital, including course materials, graphics, and text, is owned by AlchemyLife. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dubai.
